Global Business Development Manager


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global expansion strategies across existing and emerging markets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) worldwide.
  • Build and manage partnerships with

    banks, fintechs, retailers, e-commerce platforms/marketplaces, invoicing software providers, ERPs, CRMs, and technology partners

  • Accelerate adoption in both

    online and offline commerce

    , ensuring seamless payment and post-payment integrations.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and close deals with major international players.
  • Structure and scale

    local partners and agents

    across multiple regions.
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor trends and regulations, and adapt strategies to local environments.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Represent the company at international conferences, trade fairs, and high-level business meetings.
  • Measure KPIs and ROI, report progress, and propose continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in

    Business Development, International Expansion, or Enterprise Sales

  • Strong track record of closing high-value contracts across multiple markets.
  • Established network in at least one of the following sectors: fintech/payments,

    online commerce

    , invoicing/ERP/CRM software, retail, telecom, banking, or government.
  • Hands-on experience with

    technology partnerships

    (ERPs, CRMs, invoicing and e-commerce platforms).
  • Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are highly valued (Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach.
