We are seeking a skilled and creative Printer cum Designer to manage both the design and printing of marketing materials, signage, hoardings, banners, brochures, and other print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, experience in print production, and hands-on knowledge of printing machinery and software. Key Responsibilities : Design visual content (banners, posters, hoardings, visiting cards, etc.) as per client/company requirements. Operate and maintain printing machines (offset, digital, large format printers). Prepare artwork for print (file setup, color calibration, print-ready formats). Coordinate with the marketing/sales team for design and print deliverables. Ensure print quality, color accuracy, and timely completion of print jobs. Manage basic troubleshooting and maintenance of printers. Maintain inventory of printing materials (paper, ink, laminates, etc.). Follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines for all design projects. Requirements : Proven experience as a graphic designer and printer operator. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. Familiarity with printing processes: offset, digital, flex, vinyl. Attention to detail, creativity, and time management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of machine maintenance is a plus.
