Responsibilities include:
· Responsible of acquiring and developing new business of IT Solution including IT – Infrastructure, IT Solutions, IT Security, FMS & IT Services.
· Selling & Handling of Solution from different IT OEM’s like Dell EMC, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Nutanix, Oracle, HPI, Microsoft, Sophos, Check Point, Accops, Arcserve, Acer etc.
· Handling Sales Accounts which includes account mapping, understand their pain points, identifying needs, help clients with proper solutions with the help of presales team and OEM to help clients to prepare solution.
· Working with OEM’s & Presales teams to help customer to have proper solution.
· Proper follow-up & planning to close the deal.
· Account/Sales planning for increasing the profitability of the division & for increasing customer reaches as well. Profit planning in relation to overall corporate objectives.
· Business Development in existing accounts & Develop new account as well in assigned sector.
· Planning & implement strategy to increase opportunities, sales figure and collection of receivables as well from customers.
· Prepare sales projection, making funnel to close & ensuring target achievement.
· Key Account Management, perform as a single point of contact of company to customer, maintaining close rapport with customers, maintain healthy relationship with them.
· Ensuring the after sales services providing properly and also ensuring all support staff play a key role in servicing the client accounts.
· Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships
· Meet & greet prospective clients to Understand their requirement, Propose best possible solution offerings for them
· Making presentation to client, negotiate rates and follow up till the execution and payment received
· Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
· Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings and sales events.
· Maintain the proper customer data and sales report.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree /diploma preferred
· Computer use competency
· Pleasing personality with Good Communication & Excellent presentation skills
· Energetic and Aggressive Strategist with very positive attitude.
· Self-motivated and driven
· IT field knowledge- added advantage
