IT Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IT sales team with day-to-day operations, including client communication, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate between clients, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation such as proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations.
• Track sales orders and ensure timely invoicing and delivery.
• Maintain CRM/database systems with updated client and sales information.
• Assist in preparing bids and tenders for IT solutions and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to manage stock.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or IT sales support.
• Understanding of IT products, solutions, and terminology is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
