Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the IT sales team with day-to-day operations, including client communication, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between clients, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation such as proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations.
Track sales orders and ensure timely invoicing and delivery.
Maintain CRM/database systems with updated client and sales information.
Assist in preparing bids and tenders for IT solutions and services.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to manage stock.
Provide administrative support for sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales coordination or IT sales support.
Understanding of IT products, solutions, and terminology is highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Customer-focused attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
