With a strong, experienced team and a reputation for excellence, we are expanding our government business and seeking a driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic workforce. 💼 Role Overview ;- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist focusing on IT Hardware Sales. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate closely with our expert team to identify opportunities, manage bid submissions, strategize for winning tenders, and work on government business portfolios. 🚀 Key Responsibilities ;- Lead generation and proactive outreach to new and existing clients Drive IT hardware sales and independently manage the assigned business unit Identify opportunities for bid submissions and coordinate tender processes Strategize and execute winning bid proposals Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and service delivery Prepare and negotiate proposals Maintain accurate sales records and report progress regularly 🌟 Who You Are Target-driven and a proactive self-starter Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets Experience with IT hardware sales (highly preferred) Strong knowledge or understanding of GeM portal (added advantage) Excellent communication skills (oral & written) Skilled in closing mid-size and large-scale deals Highly adaptive, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Strong Inside Sales & Lead Generation experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in IT sales is a plus 📍 Location Nehru Place, Delhi 💼 Employment Type Full-Time | On-Site Apply Now or Call for interview or joining
