Job Description – Business Development Manager (FMCG)

Location: Ahmedabad
Department: FMCG

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our FMCG business, build strong channel networks, and drive revenue growth in the Ahmedabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute FMCG sales and growth strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Manage distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  • Ensure product availability, market penetration, and visibility
  • Track competitor activities and analyze market trends
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales & distribution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4–8 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development
  • Ability to travel as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
