Role Description

Are you an organized, people-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Urvashi Computers is looking for an enthusiastic HR & Admin Professional to support our growing team and help shape a positive, productive workplace.

🌟 What You'll Be Responsible For:

- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding

- Managing employee records and HR documentation

- Supporting day-to-day office administration and operations

- Coordinating employee engagement and training activities

- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations

👤 What We're Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin or a related role

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently

-High proficiency and experience in MS-Excel for Admin Process Automation

- A proactive attitude and a passion for people

- Experience in the IT industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

📍 Location: Nehru Place ,South Delhi
