Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Human Resources professional. The Human Resources professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, enhancing personnel management, and ensuring effective HR management. The role includes day-to-day HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) with a strong understanding of HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to implement them effectively
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the FinTech or blockchain industry is a plus
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is beneficial
