The Sports Rehab – Noida

The Sports Rehab is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to lead our partnerships across elite sports academies, high-performance centres, clubs, and training facilities.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the sports ecosystem and can confidently position our Sports Injury & Athlete Rehab Centre as a premium solution for athlete care.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sports Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will:

• Visit elite sports academies and build strong partnerships
• Liaison with coaches, directors, and facility heads
• Promote our specialized rehab services & USPs
• Develop collaboration models (on-site physio, screenings, events coverage, RTP programs, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to scale The Sports Rehab into new sports verticals
• Bring business through relationship-building & strategic outreach
• Represent our brand professionally across academies & high-performance environments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Passion for sports, athlete development, and performance
• Experience in sports management, physiotherapy, sales, or business partnerships (preferred)
• Confident with field visits & meetings
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
