Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow project salesby building strategic relationships with architects, interior designers,builders, hoteliers, and construction firms. The role involves securing productspecifications, expanding market presence, and promoting our premium tilerange. The ideal candidate will have extensive project sales experience and awell-established network within the architectural community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with top architects and industry influencers.
  • Secure product specifications in architectural projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the brand at industry events to expand influence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and support channel development.
  • Handle project negotiations, contracts, and closures.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of project sales experience in the tiles industry .
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong network with architects, interior designers, and builders.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
      Ideal Candidate:
      • Dynamic , proactive, and relationship-oriented.
      • Results-driven with a focus on long-term partnerships.
      • Well-connected with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.
      • Strong presentation and sales approval experience.
