Leading EPC Company based out of Hyderabad is looking for Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand their Green Energy Business Details are mentioned below

Lead Role into Solar Energy Projects Bidding, Tendering and Business Development Manager (BDM) RE Green Energy EPC & IPP Development

Department: Business Development & Bidding (BDB): Green Energy / Renewables ( Utility Scale Solar, Floating Solar , Wind, Hybrid , BESS & Green Power Transmission Corridors , Green Hydro , Green Ammonia )

Graduate in Electrical Engineering & MBA in Marketing with minimum 7+ years of business development/marketing experience

Candidate Should have the experience of business development in core sectors such as Green Energy / Renewable/Energy/ Clean Energy / Decarbonization / Climate Action etc

Qualification: BE / BTech - Electrical / MBA / NICMAR / PGDM

Location : Hyderabad and Candidate should be willing to Travel Extensively

Experience: 7+Years from Leading RE & Green Energy, Clean Energy Companies like Jackson Greens , Sterling & Wilson , KPI Green , Greenko ,Renew , Tata Power Solar , L&T Solar ,HARTEK,Mahindra Susten , Reliance New Energy , KEC International , Shapoorji

JD in Brief :

Lead Role into Solar Energy Projects Bidding, Tendering and Business Development Manager (BDM) RE Green Energy EPC & IPP Development

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships Business Development for all product portfolios for Renewable Solar Utility Scale, Wind, Hybrid & Hydro.

Development and maintenance of all projects, opportunities & tenders list for large opportunities.

Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review. Manage and grow with key accounts as may be defined by Business Head/ Top Management Recognizing the prospective clients in the region, and create a data base.

Early identification and follow-up of major projects, opportunities & tenders. Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders.

Visiting prospective clients to present Organization and services and to identify the client need as an opportunity to follow up actions and keeping the respective division heads in communication loop.

Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.

Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services. Interacting with the Regional managers of other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.

Close coordination with Green Energy Corporate Clients AND SECI(Solar Energy corporation of India) , PSUs . DISCOMS -State Transmission Utilities (STUs) from Potential States like AP / Telangana / KA/TN /Rajasthan //Gujarat/ Maharashtra/ Other States –

Close coordination and supporting internal Teams such as Bidding Team , Legal Team , Land & Laisioning Team , Finance Teams , Procurement Team , Construction Team , Asset Management Teams etc for successful receipt of Orders and successful execution and delivery

Close coordination with Clients getting Enquiries, Concluding Orders, and repeat Orders .
