Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding RealityBox’s client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across tourism boards, brands, agencies, and media houses.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the production team to create tailored proposals.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in media, advertising, or production industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and foster lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
Compensation
💰 Salary: ₹7-8 LPA + Commission (performance-based incentives).
