About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with prior experience in a recruitment consultancy background. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client acquisition, business expansion, and maintaining long-term client relationships within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s recruitment business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment solutions accordingly.
Achieve business development targets including revenue generation and client closures.
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, business proposals, and negotiations.
Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in a recruitment consultancy.
Strong network of corporate clients across industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle targets and deliver results under pressure.
Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve business goals.
