Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through online research, calls, emails, and networking Pitch products/services to potential clients (mainly international) and schedule meetings Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs Maintain records of all client interactions in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Willingness to work night shifts (to cater to international clients) Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven Working Hours: Night Shift (Exact timing will be shared during the interview process) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
