About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Make cold calls, schedule meetings, and follow up with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Maintain reports of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
