Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher Location: Delhi Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month + Attractive Incentives Shift: Night Shift (U.S./International Market) Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year) Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our growing team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in international markets. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify potential clients through various online platforms and databases Initiate outbound calls/emails to prospects in international markets (mainly U.S.) Pitch products/services and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate data Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions Follow up with prospects and maintain a pipeline of potential clients Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone) Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research tools Self-motivated and target-driven Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred but not mandatory) Perks and Benefits: Fixed Salary up to ₹30,000 per month Performance-based incentives (no cap) On-the-job training Career growth opportunities in international sales 5-day working week Location: Office-based in Delhi (mention specific area if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Location: Delhi, Delhi (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
