Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our presence in the Pune region. As a BDM, you will be the face of the company in this location, responsible for developing and implementing a strong sales strategy to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment across Pune. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and provide tailored gifting solutions. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely and quality delivery. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. Represent the company at events, expos, and corporate meetings as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role (Minimum 3 years preferred). Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or allied industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
