Job Description

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and maximizing upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a data-driven approach to achieving targets. - Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - New Business Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and onboard potential clients to expand the customer base. - Upselling & Cross-Selling: Strategically upsell and cross-sell MyOperators products to existing clients to maximize revenue. - Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct industry research to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities. - Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and report key metrics to leadership. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. - Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in B2B sales, SaaS. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales approaches. - Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
