Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development professional who can identify opportunities, open doors, and build lasting relationships with brands. The ideal candidate will come with an agency background and a proven track record of converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in creative communication services.
  • Generate and nurture leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry connections.
  • Develop tailored pitches and proposals that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver client-winning presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Client Servicing, preferably in a creative/advertising/digital agency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and propose creative solutions.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to hustle to achieve goals.
  • Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.
