Beyond Boundaries is a fast-growing marketing and advertising agency specialising in brand activations, automobile events, lifestyle exhibitions, and creative campaigns. We design and execute impactful on-ground and experiential marketing solutions that help brands connect with their audience in meaningful ways.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build partnerships, and generate new business opportunities for Beyond Boundaries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, networking, and creative marketing solutions, with the ability to convert ideas into business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across events, activations, and brand campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brand managers.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and customised event solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to design innovative client offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end client communication.
  • Represent Beyond Boundaries in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Maintain detailed sales reports, lead status, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing — preferably in event management, advertising, or experiential marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand activations, exhibitions, and BTL marketing.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-ground events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,473.96 - ₹30,565.01 per month
