Join a growing home & design brand as a core team member,
supporting day-to-day operations, logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative execution.
You’ll work directly with the founder to keep systems moving, vendors accountable, and operations running smoothly.

*What We’re Looking For* • 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or vendor management • Experience with Indian suppliers, packaging, and courier coordination • Familiarity with international shipping (DHL, FedEx, customs etc.) • Strong communication skills - fluent in English (spoken + written) and Hindi (spoken) • High reliability, follow-through, and strong organizational skills • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office etc•
Gurgaon-based and available for in-person work in a hybrid setup • Experience in a startup, D2C, or small business environment is a plus • Postgraduate degree preferred but not essential if experience is strong
