Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, franchise acquisition, client onboarding, and new market development. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in expanding LivIndia’s footprint, enhancing brand visibility, and building a strong pipeline of B2B and B2C opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities across geographies through market analysis, lead generation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Drive franchise expansion by pitching the LivIndia business model to potential investors and converting qualified leads.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations, proposals, and investment models to prospective clients.
  • Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to inform growth planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Achieve defined business targets, including revenue goals, partnership numbers, and conversion ratios.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships—preferably in automotive, service, or franchise-based industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business expansion activities.
