We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and promoting Ayursiha Hospital’s range of healthcare and wellness services to a broader audience. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and partner organizations. Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase patient inflow and promote wellness packages. Event Coordination: Organize promotional events, health camps, and wellness seminars to attract new clients. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns on social media, Google Ads, and other platforms. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, targets, and market feedback for management review. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and manage partnerships effectively. Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
