The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote our services and products.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Doctor Engagement:* Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to increase referrals and promote our services.
2. *Business Development:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.3. *Relationship Building:* Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.4. *Marketing Strategy:* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to reach doctors and healthcare professionals.5. *Sales Growth:* Meet or exceed sales targets through effective referrals and business development.6. *Product Knowledge:* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and our services/products to effectively communicate with doctors and healthcare professionals.7. *Reporting:* Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management.

*Requirements:*

1. *Experience:* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Hospital Sales Executive in the healthcare industry.
2. Strong network and relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Strong business development and sales skills.
