Job Description

Core roles and responsibilities

  • Opportunity Identification: Researching and identifying potential clients, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities to expand the company's reach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strategy Development: Creating and implementing targeted sales and business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing the sales pipeline to secure new business.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform sales and growth plans.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure strategic alignment and support sales efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintaining and updating client and lead databases (often using CRM systems) and tracking progress towards sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
