Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management: Assist in creating and posting engaging, high-quality content for the company's website, blog, and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn for B2B). This includes writing marketing literature like brochures, press releases, case studies, and blog posts showcasing the company's expertise in steel and alloys.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), post updates about products and industry news, and engage with followers and potential customers.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Support: Help optimize website content for search engines by conducting keyword research, managing metadata, and ensuring the website is user-friendly and mobile-responsive to improve organic traffic.
  • Paid Advertising Assistance: Support the planning and execution of paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including creating ad copy and monitoring performance to generate quality business leads.
  • Email Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships, including segmenting email lists and tracking performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to the marketing manager for optimization.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth in the steel market.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing activities, such as updating databases, managing marketing software (CRM, email platforms), and organizing project files.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
