Preffered experience : Channel development , agency recruitment , Distributor appointment , Franchise development,

Key responsibilities

  • Franchise recruitment: Identify and evaluate potential franchisees through marketing campaigns and networking.
  • Sales and negotiation: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract execution, including negotiating franchise agreements.
  • Business development: Develop and implement strategies for market entry and business expansion, including market analysis.
  • Training and support: Provide comprehensive training on operations, brand standards, and management to new and existing franchisees.
  • Performance management: Monitor franchisee performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and help resolve operational issues.
  • Financial oversight: Assist with budget tracking and financial planning to ensure the profitability of the franchise network.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,649.52 - ₹43,677.18 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
