We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. The BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to increase revenue and meet business goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
