Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) Responsibilities Market Research & Strategy: Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to expand business. Lead Generation & Sales: Find potential clients, qualify leads, and manage the sales process. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business goals. Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints efficiently and ensure satisfaction. Sales Support: Keep customers informed about new products and services to drive sales. Strategic Planning: Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and retention. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers. Specific Requirements For both roles, common qualifications include: Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Manager and Jr. BDM Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
