About Us

Hiray Media & Technology Pvt. Ltd. is an IT & ITES service provider offering voice, non-voice, and back-office solutions. We are expanding our client base across India and abroad and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can drive new client acquisition and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new domestic and international clients.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry channels.
  • Pitch company services confidently to CXOs, founders, directors, procurement heads, and decision-makers.
  • Develop proposals, business presentations, and pricing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients, agencies, and channel partners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Maintain CRM records, weekly reports, and performance metrics.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (IT, ITES, BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or service industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to work with international clients (US/UK/UAE/Australia preferred).
  • Knowledge of outsourcing/BPO/ITES operations is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong at follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
  • MBA in Marketing/International Business is a plus.
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
