Business Development Manager – Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad (on-site or flexible)
Role Type: Commission Based

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager in Hyderabad. The role is focused on bringing in new clients, building strong relationships, and closing projects for Exsovert. This is a commission-based role that rewards performance and results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in India and abroad
  • Present and explain Exsovert’s services to decision makers
  • Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain client relationships and explore upselling opportunities
  • Report progress on leads, pipeline, and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales within design, branding, SaaS, or marketing services
  • Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Network in Hyderabad or ability to connect with startups and enterprises
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with incentive-based pay

Compensation

  • Commission on every project closed
  • Higher commission percentage for larger projects
  • Performance bonuses when targets are achieved
  • Additional rewards on revenue milestones
