Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with electrical contractors, construction companies, architects, and facility management firms. Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and conversion rates. Sales & Client Management Consultative Selling: Understand client security needs and present tailored integrated solutions combining CCTV, fire alarms, PA systems, and AV equipment. Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase system capabilities and benefits. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for security integration projects. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Revenue Generation Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic selling and relationship building. AMC & Service Sales: Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts and ongoing service agreements to generate recurring revenue. Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships with additional security solutions. Market Intelligence Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on security industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies Competitive Analysis: Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer insights to internal teams for product and service improvements

Client Relationship - Build and maintain key relationships with government officials, procurement teams, and large corporate stakeholders. - Attend client meetings, presentations, and pre-bid briefings. - Manage end-to-end business development cycle, including demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Project Management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and tenders. - Ensure compliance with government procurement norms and relevant regulations. - Oversee project deliverables, handover, and after-sales support as needed. Market Intelligence - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming government/corporate projects. - Provide feedback for continuous improvement of product and service offerings. - Represent the company at industry events as required. Own day-to-day field execution across all active sites, including technician scheduling, material readiness, site coordination, quality compliance, and daily progress reporting to leadership. Key responsibilities Plan and publish daily/weekly rosters for field technicians. Conduct daily stand-ups and end-of-day check-ins with technicians; capture site photos, checklists, and material needs; maintain a single file for site status. Coordinate site access, permits, and client schedules. Track execution vs. BOQ, drawings, and method statements for AV, CCTV, FA, PA, and conferencing. Ensure materials, tools, and spares are available at sites. Maintain daily progress logs, site reports, and photo evidence; update project trackers (planned vs. actual). Escalate risks early: design/site deviations, access delays, interdependency clashes (civil/electrical/IT). Manage technician performance: attendance, productivity, training needs, and adherence to SOPs. Coordinate AMC and Service calls. Required skills and experience 3 or more years in field operations for AV/ELV projects (AV, CCTV, fire alarm, PA, conferencing), with multi-site scheduling and technician supervision experience. Strong command of site documentation: DPRs, checklists, labeling schedules, and commissioning forms. Working knowledge of reading SLDs, floor plans and device layout drawings. Comfort with BOQs. Proficiency with trackers and communication tools (Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp). Disciplined reporting habit. Strong people management, conflict resolution, and client coordination; ability to reprioritize quickly and keep teams focused on outcomes. Nice-to-have but not necessary: Experience with government sites, security protocols, and CPWD/PWD processes; comfort with RA bills support and joint measurements. KPIs On-time task completion rate per site and week. Schedule adherence. First-time-right quality. Safety compliance. Technician productivity.
