The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence for system integration solutions including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, PA Systems, Conference Systems, and AV solutions. The focus will be on government departments and large corporates, from opportunity identification to project closure
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the government and corporate sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business/project opportunities.
- Build a pipeline for ELV/AV projects through proactive lead generation and networking.
Client Relationship
- Build and maintain key relationships with government officials, procurement teams, and large corporate stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and pre-bid briefings.
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle, including demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and tenders.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement norms and relevant regulations.
- Oversee project deliverables, handover, and after-sales support as needed.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming government/corporate projects.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of product and service offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events as required.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all deals, bids, and contracts strictly comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and periodic reports to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
