Clepr Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and manage the entire sales cycle to achieve company targets.

Location: Mohali

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage onboarding, communication, and project coordination with clients
• Lead proposal creation, negotiations, and closing of deals
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business growth efforts
• Use CRM tools (including Salesforce) to track leads and sales performance
• Oversee business development activities across platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru

Desired Skills

• Proven experience as a BDM or similar role (IT/technology industry preferred)
• Strong expertise in Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and online bidding platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong market research and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
• Proactive, target-driven, and results-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
