Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve collective targets.
• Identify and secure high-value partnerships, collaborations, and revenue streams.
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients, publishers, and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the gaming ecosystem.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and negotiations.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare and present business performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in gaming, IT, or entertainment sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically, forecast revenue, and identify new market opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• A passion for gaming and the digital entertainment industry is a plus.
