Role Overview As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a key role in expanding Zuvy’s footprint across Madhya Pradesh. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with local retailers, distributors, and vendors. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing regional strategies, and building strong local connections that bring the Zuvy vision to life. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and onboard local market vendors, kirana stores, and small businesses to the Zuvy platform. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Conduct market research to understand customer trends, needs, and competitor activity. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute regional campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure smooth execution of deals, vendor satisfaction, and continuous engagement. Monitor and report sales performance, growth metrics, and new opportunities. Train and guide field executives or BDEs within your assigned territory. Represent Zuvy at local events, exhibitions, and market visits to promote brand awareness. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / FMCG / Retail / E-commerce. Strong understanding of local markets, bazaars, and retail networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead teams, achieve targets, and work independently. Passionate about connecting traditional businesses with digital transformation. Compensation Structure💼 Salary: Completely target-based + attractive incentives If you have strong communication skills and a good market hold, this opportunity is for you! For achieving a team target of ₹10 lakhs, you’ll be entitled to a monthly salary of ₹1 lakh. Additional incentives will be based on performance and regional growth. Why Join Zuvy?
