Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager – Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business growth, particularly within FMCG, real estate, or service-based industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in business development / B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, real estate, or service industries.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network of potential clients in the Hyderabad market.
  • Understanding of solution-based or consultative sales approaches.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales presentation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience + Performance-based incentives
