Job Description

Role Summary We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our client base and revenue in Jaipur. The BDM will be responsible for Business Partner/ Business Associate recruitment, mentoring & driving a lead of Business Associates & Business Partners. lead generation, investor onboarding, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Recruitment of Business Associates & Business partners. Generate new leads and nurture existing ones through cold calls, referrals, and events. Pitch investment offerings and services to potential clients (HNI, retail, and institutions). Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors. Attend meetings, presentations, and investor workshops as a company representative. Maintain CRM entries and report daily progress to the Branch Head. Collaborate with internal teams (research, operations, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
