This role involves guiding clients, entrepreneurs, and business owners in understanding financial planning, investment opportunities, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, communication ability, and a passion for business growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide financial counseling and business advisory support to clients. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate business/financial solutions. Conduct financial assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare business projections. Assist entrepreneurs/startups in creating business plans, financial models, and funding proposals. Guide clients on budgeting, working capital management, and profitability improvement. Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and business counseling sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial and business solutions. Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and business best practices. Required Skills & Competencies: MBA in Finance (Freshers encouraged to apply). Strong knowledge of financial management, business planning, and investment concepts. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide structured solutions. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools. Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
