About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager who can drive aggressive business growth and open new revenue streams in the digital marketing space.
Your primary mission: generate new business, expand our client portfolio, and maximize market penetration. This role demands someone who can hunt for opportunities, close high-value deals, and design winning strategies to keep our pipeline thriving. Leadership and channel-building skills are important, but your main KPI is clear — business growth.


Key Responsibilities


● Business Generation & Revenue Growth

● Identify, target, and win new clients for our digital marketing & growth consulting services (Content Marketing, Performance marketing, Branding, SEO, Social Media, etc.).

● Drive consistent revenue growth by converting high-potential leads into long-term clients.

● Expand presence in key industries and geographies through strategic prospecting.

● Build, own, and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

● Strategic Growth & Partnerships

● Develop and execute business development strategies that open high-value opportunities.

● Activate multiple BD channels


Leadership & Performance Management

● Lead and inspire BD team to achieve and exceed targets.

● Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on performance to leadership.

● Mentor team members to sharpen sales skills and client acquisition tactics.


Market Intelligence

● Track competitor activities, emerging trends, and industry shifts to adapt strategies quickly.

● Identify untapped sectors and innovative ways to position our services.


Key Requirements

● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.

● 2+ years in B2B business development in the digital marketing & growth consulting industry with a strong record of revenue generation.

● Proven experience closing high-value deals and managing enterprise-level accounts.

● Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

● Experience in creating growth-focused strategies and activating sales channels.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and relentless in pursuing business opportunities.
