Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT and software solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT & software industry.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT/softwares solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT/software industry.
• Strong knowledge of software products, IT services, and technology trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network within the IT industry is a plus.
• Results-driven with a hunter mindset and strong closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
