About the Role: We are looking for a driven Fundraising Manager to lead and execute our fundraising strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and securing investors to support our company’s growth. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of startup fundraising processes, and strong storytelling ability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure seed, Series A, or growth-stage capital. Identify and build a robust pipeline of investors including angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional investors. Craft compelling investment pitches, pitch decks, and related collateral. Manage investor outreach campaigns, calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Monitor market trends and competitive fundraising activities to refine strategy. Represent the company at startup events, pitch competitions, and networking forums. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3–7 years of proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development in a startup or venture capital environment. Strong network of investors, VCs, or experience in investor community outreach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills — ability to craft and deliver persuasive pitches. Strong financial acumen and understanding of startup funding mechanisms. Self-starter with high energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT and software solutions.
