Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ganjam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving business growth targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales, and market research
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Strategic planning and proposal creation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the adhesives, sealants, or construction chemicals industry is a plus
