Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing growth strategies. The role will involve conducting market research, collaborating with the marketing team to align on initiatives. The manager will also negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on leads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Make new contacts with Architects, Interior design firms and Interior project management firms.
• Strategic thinking, ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies
• Experience in market research, sales reporting, and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the home decor or related industry is a plus
