What You’ll DoIdentify and onboard new clients (businesses, professionals, freelancers) to grow ApkiReturn’s customer base.Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.Plan and execute strategies to convert more leads into clients.Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility through campaigns.Conduct market research to spot new opportunities in the tax services sector.Represent ApkiReturn at events, client meetings, and webinars to expand our network. What We’re Looking For1+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in fintech or tax services.Experience in managing a sales team and driving lead conversion.Strong communication and networking skills to connect with diverse clients.Knowledge of CRM tools, with a preference for Zoho Bigin.Passion for simplifying tax compliance for clients.Willingness to travel for client meetings across Rajasthan and beyond.
