Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in 

  steel plants, rolling mills, and allied industries

• Build and manage relationships with 

  plant owners, EPCs and OEMs

• Lead 

  techno-commercial discussions

  , proposals, and negotiations
• Track market intelligence: new projects, expansions, revamps, and shutdowns
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and execution teams for realistic proposals
• Own the 

  revenue pipeline

   and closure targets

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience in 

  steel plants / rolling mills / metallurgical projects

• Clear understanding of 

  plant processes, equipment, and project lifecycle

• Strong 

  commercial acumen

   (pricing, contracts, margins)
• Ability to independently drive client meetings and closures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Education MBA with Engineering Background
  

Good to Have

• Experience with 

  consultancy, EPC, or OEM sales

• Exposure to 

  greenfield & brownfield steel projects

• Network with decision-makers in steel plants
