Position: Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, and strategic partners globally
• Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to exceed targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Represent AES at education fairs, seminars, and networking events
• Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition and retention strategies
• Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling campaigns and initiatives
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in education/study abroad sector
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets
• Strong understanding of international education landscape and visa processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
