Reporting To: Director / CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct presentations and pitch proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals to maximize company profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to management.
  • Manage and mentor junior sales or business development executives (if applicable).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, client acquisition, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
