This is a full-cycle B2B/B2C sales role that includes business development, account management, and pre-sales coordination . If you’re passionate about sales and want to grow in a dynamic tech-driven environment — we want to hear from you . 💼 Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold outreach and strategic networking Understand customer challenges and position the right IT/IoT solutions Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution pitches Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain a strong prospect and customer pipeline Develop sales forecasts and contribute to planning and growth initiatives Collaborate with technical teams for pre-sales support including proposal preparation, solution design, and client presentations Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers Stay informed on market trends, technologies, and competitor offerings 💡 Pre-Sales Involvement While prior pre-sales experience is a plus , it is not mandatory . HyperThink will provide structured training to equip you with the necessary skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and confidently engage in solutioning discussions with clients. ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field (preferred) 2–3 years of experience in techno-sales or business development in IT/BPO/KPO sectors Proven track record in B2B sales and consultative selling Familiarity with IT, IoT, or digital transformation solutions Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and quick to adapt to new domains 🌟 Why Join HyperThink?
