This is a full-cycle B2B/B2C sales role that includes business development, account management, and pre-sales coordination . If you’re passionate about sales and want to grow in a dynamic tech-driven environment β€” we want to hear from you . πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold outreach and strategic networking Understand customer challenges and position the right IT/IoT solutions Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution pitches Manage the complete sales lifecycle β€” from lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain a strong prospect and customer pipeline Develop sales forecasts and contribute to planning and growth initiatives Collaborate with technical teams for pre-sales support including proposal preparation, solution design, and client presentations Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers Stay informed on market trends, technologies, and competitor offerings πŸ’‘ Pre-Sales Involvement While prior pre-sales experience is a plus , it is not mandatory . Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM Apps and Power Platform to meet specific business requirements. Lead the design, analysis, and successful execution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET projects. Key Skills & Experience: Strong experience in customizations and configurations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. Expertise in both On-Premise & Online Dynamics 365 & Power Platform implementations and integrations. Proficient in Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript Customizations, SSRS reports, and SSIS packages. Advanced programming skills in C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Restful API, and Web services. Skilled in writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions. Experience with migration from On-Prem to Cloud Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar enterprise planning and delivery tools. Ability to work effectively with functional teams and product owners. Excellent client-facing skills, including verbal communication, client demonstrations, and training delivery. Experience working within Agile project delivery frameworks. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant. A relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
